3rd Annual Ice Age Meals Team Comp!

Here are all the details for the 3rd Annual Ice Age Meals Team Competition:

  • Each 4 person coed team will start at a designated time that will be announced Thursday November 29th. You may arrive as close to your start time as you would like.
  • Each station will be 10 minutes, with a 2 minute transition time.
  • There will be 5 stations with the final station being for time, with no time cap.
  • Winning teams will be given:
  • 1st place Rx $400 Ice Age Meal gift certificate package
  • 2nd place rx $300 Ice Age Meal gift certificate package
  • 3rd place RX $200 Ice Age Meal gift certificate package
  • 1st place
  • Each participant will receive an Ice Age Meal to take home at the end of the day!
  • The team price is $260
  • Division movement requirements are outlined in the links above.
  • There will be a designated warm-up area for teams to prepare for the event.
  • Events will be announced the week of 11/12/18

 

Event #1

RX teams

10 min AMRAP

Person 1 : Max Cal Bike

Person 2: Max Cal Row

Person 3: Handstand hold against wall

Person 4: Rest/polka dance/cheer/ whatever they feel like doing

Team can switch all positions at will. Stations MUST change when handstander comes off down.

Bike and row must stop until handstander is in handstand.

Score is total calories accumulated. 

 

Scaled Teams

10 min AMRAP

Person 1 : Max Cal Bike

Person 2: Max Cal Row

Person 3: Overhead dumbbell hold  40/30

Person 4: Rest/polka dance/cheer/ whatever they feel like doing

Team can switch all positions at will. Stations MUST change when dumbbell holder bends elbows.

Bike and row must stop until dumbbellers elbows are locked out.

Score is total calories accumulated.

1 rep max deadlift

the total weight combined of your entire team PLUS

reps of 2 person synchro Wall Balls M/F

  • Rx 30lbs to 10ft target men/ 20 lbs to 9ft target women
  • Scaled 20 lbs to 10ft target men/ 14 lbs to 9ft target women

Person 1: 40 toes to bar, 3 rope climbs, max burpee over the box 60″ male/ 48″ female

Person 2: 30 pull-up 3 rope climb, max burpee over the box 60″ male/ 48″ female

Person 3: 20 chest to bar  3 rope climb, max burpee over the box 60″ male/ 48″ female

Person 4: 10 ring muscle up 3 rope climb, max burpee over the box 60″ male/ 48″ female

Person ahead of you must clear station before you can advance. One person at a time will be able to do box overs at a time.
